Will Hasler - Business Relations

Will graduated with a degree in manufacturing engineering and a minor in business. He has worked in a variety of companies including ones he has started on his own. Will has been able to study systems and flow in a variety of settings and brings this unique perspective to the treatment center world in terms of paperwork. He has a broad background in business and finance and brings insight, direction and vision to RTS.

In Will’s spare time he enjoys rock climbing, hiking, cooking, snowboarding and spending time with his wife. He is always working on a new project or has an idea to improve something.

Jed Brown - Product Development and Technology

Jed graduated from BYU in Computer Science. He has worked for BYU in the Wellness department developing web applications for preventative health care. He has also worked doing web surveys for companies such at Sprint, Chase and Covey.

Jed loves graphic design and web development, as well as getting out on weekend road trips to rock climb, hike, fish and ski. You'll hardly ever see Jed without a smile on his face.

Krista Hasler - Founder

Krista has been working as a Social Worker for over 5 years. Her experience includes being a case worker for DCFS, working at the state hospital, and currently as a therapist over the thought disorder unit at Heritage Schools. She had a vision to make the paperwork system more of a help than a hindrance to treatment, and founded RTS to fulfill that dream.

When she’s not working, she loves to dance, explore the outdoors, and hang out with her friends and family.

Tres Eddleman - Therapist/Industry Consultant

Treas has been a therapist and behaviorist in a variety of settings including residential treatment, professional parent homes, and out patient facilities. He brings a wide knowledge of expertise and insight as to what works and what doesn’t when it comes to charting and paperwork. On the side Treas enjoys music, working out, and hanging out with his beautiful wife Nikki, who also works as a therapist.
